Emilia is a senior from Mexico. She is a part of the swimming and diving team, and she is double majoring in Business Administration and Communication Arts with a concentration in Journalism. She decided to pursue journalism because she believes there is no better way to tell the world what is happening than with a good story. In ten years, she can see herself working for ESPN or any sports magazine and having a lovely family. She enjoys reading and traveling in her free time. Fun fact about Emilia: she used to not like the kitchen, but six months ago, she started cooking for her roommates, and now she loves to cook! Emilia is excited to bring the UC community together through the newspaper.
